Hey there, I'm Mike Ziegemeier and I'm so glad you're checking out Z-COMM.
Let me give you a little peek into my world; I'm a family guy living in Coweta, near Tulsa, OK. My amazing wife, Megan, is my rock and supports me in everything I do. We have 2 awesome kids, along with a dog, cats, a hamster, and sometimes even turtles or a frog.
I work hard to take care of my family and the families of the techs I work with. After high school, I started out in construction, building homes in Tulsa. I found my passion in the electrical field and ended up working for S.W.Bell, setting up dial tone in the Tulsa area. That's where my journey in the communications industry began about 20 years ago.
I've worked with various providers and traveled all over the US. I realized early on that there's a real need for skilled technicians in this ever-changing industry. It's not easy to find techs who keep up with the latest equipment and specs. I used to focus on specific devices too, but then I shifted my focus to infrastructure and hardware. This way, I'm hands-on with the equipment and get to work directly with customers, staying up to date on industry trends. I have a team of diverse contract technicians who work on all kinds of equipment, allowing Z-COMM to stay versatile and adaptable. I'm always looking ahead to new technologies and ways to enhance the systems we're involved with. I love what I do and take pride in providing top-notch support and customer service.
I consider myself a 'techie' handyman and I'm dedicated to proving myself to everyone I meet. My goal is for Z-COMM to stand out for our exceptional support and service in an industry that sometimes falls short.
My clients trust me to be honest and handle their issues with skill and efficiency. Thanks for considering Z-COMM for your technical needs.
I'm grateful to be an American and to be a part of the community.
Blessings to you and thanks for your time!
